Cancellation Deadlines
Free cancellation: Up to 14 days before arrival – Full refund 7–13 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount 3–6 days before arrival: 25% refund of the total booking amount Less than 3 days before arrival or no-show: No refund
How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, please contact us by email at reservations@hotel-fossette.com or by phone at +33 4 94 20 30 40. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The cancellation date is determined by receipt of your cancellation request.
Modifications
If you need to change your reservation dates or room type, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Changes made within 7 days of arrival are treated as cancellations and subject to the cancellation policy.
Special Circumstances
In the event of extreme weather conditions, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, we may offer more flexible cancellation conditions. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific situation.
